NPT Pipe Fittings

NPT Pipe Fittings are a family of threaded fittings which used in conjunction with ANSI Pipe and are available in the same size range. The thread type is parallel National Pipe Thread (NPT), also know as API (American Petroleum Industry). Due to the tapered threads (wider diameter at the base of the threads, similar to a trapezoid) the male fitting will tighten the further it is threaded into the female. They are the most popular type of seal for pressure calibration systems in the U.S. and Canada.

NPT Pipe Fittings

NPT 90 Degree Elbow

90 degree elbow are changing flow direction. There are two forms of NPT threaded elbow, F/F (Female x Female) and F/M ( Female x Male). The pressure ratings are 2000lb, 3000lb, 6000lb.
Note: The minimum pressure of F/M elbow is 3000lb.

NPT Threaded Nipple

Pipe nipple is a piece of short tube. Both of ends are screwed to NPT threads. There are some end types that TOE, TBE, TSE, TLE. If it has different diameter ends, we call it as swage nipple. Like the steel pipe reducer, can be divided into concentric and eccentric types.

Female Threaded Tee

3 Way Female Tee is used to connect three Male Threads. It could be Female NPT x Female NPT or Female BSPP x Female BSPP connections. There are two types that threaded straight tee and reducing tee, the difference is the diameter between run pipe and branch.

NPT Full & Half Coupling

The length of NPT Half coupling is half of full coupling. Both of them are available in 3000lb & 6000lb. There are two types that straight coupling and reducing coupling. NPT Pipe Cap Fittings

Threaded cap is used to block the end of pipe. We manufacture it according to ASME B16.11 standard and machine the thread as per ASME B1.20.1
